dc.description.abstract The law of uniform motion, expressed symbolically by the formula d = v × t, is the most essential truth in solving typical problems that we group under the notion of uniform motion problems, where d, sometimes S – the distance traveled, measured in units of length ( km, m. dm, cm, mm, etc.), v – travel speed, measured in units of distance covered in certain time intervals (km/h, dm/h cm/h, etc.), t – time of travel, measured in time units (days, hours, minutes, seconds, etc.). Sometimes the derived formulas are used, resulting from the basic formula of the law of uniform motion: v = d/t and t = d/v, which can also be presented in the form of a quantity: v = d : t and t = d : v. en_US
