In order to integrate into modern society, adults need to be given an approach that takes into account their specificities and aspirations, as well as their environment and values. Adults face many challenges in the digital age. Some relate to the ability to adapt to new technologies and their impact on personal and professional life. Others are related to the digital skills needed to access and use information correctly and efficiently. To overcome these challenges, adults need digital education, an innovative way to use modern technologies and digital tools to support lifelong learning. The following article analyzes the problems of adults in the digital age and what would be the solutions to overcome these challenges.
