dc.description.abstract In this article, the issue of developing dialogic communication competence through the utilization of stories among primary school students is approached. Through dialogues, dramatizations, and role-playing activities built around stories and fairy tales, students are encouraged to express their opinions, to argue their points of view, and to develop their skills of dialogic communication and conflict resolution in a constructive manner. Thus, these exercises not only help improve their verbal communication skills but also enhance their ability to listen and understand others' perspectives. Creating role-playing games based on sentences or situations from literary texts is an engaging way to promote dialogic communication in primary classes. Students can be encouraged to imagine and interpret characters and situations in an interactive and creative way. en_US
