Abstract:
University is the center where the education of tomorrow's society members is performed at the highest level, advocating for the concept of changing the old values, but accepting the idea that the student bears their own value system. Academic environment builds a clearly specific culture that influence student behavior. Cultural values promoted in academia produce many effects on students: develop moral codes and concern for others that are reflected in their behavior and life experiences, facilitates adaptation in academia, develops respect for self and shared values; increases trends towards performance, etc.
