dc.description.abstract In any act of education, three important dimensions are intertwined: policies, practices and culture. Each of these elements is equally important. That is why the construction of an education for all takes into account the necessary changes, obtained through the organized process of learning in such a way as to build policies of inclusion, to develop inclusive practices so that in the end a culture of inclusion appears and is organized. To describe an inclusive school, a series of indicators can be used that focus on the three dimensions of school life: culture, policy and practice. Each of these elements is equally important. The culture of a school is given by the values, beliefs and behaviors of individuals, perceptible in the way the school is defined, looks and acts. Every person in a school influences the culture, performance and values of the institution. The promotion of inclusive education, and consequently of an inclusive culture, will determine the establishment of a new formula of human solidarity in an inclusive society. en_US
