Abstract:
The study aims to measure the changes that occur in the policemen's personality over time. This study examines a sample of 24 police officers, measuring personality traits and irrational beliefs two years apart. The results capture significant changes in conscientiousness as a personality trait and irrational beliefs (low frustration tolerance, catastrophic thinking, and self-deprecation). So, after two years of activity, conscientiousness decreases and irrational beliefs increase.
