Misiunea Universităţii Pedagogice în educaţia elitei pedagogilor talentaţi

Abstract

The mission of Pedagogical University consists of descovering and developing the talents, namely practical implementation of the concept and methodology of assessment and developement of excellent skills in education. Teaching strategy of the student’s learning activity consists of the formation and development of interest, learning motivation and the culture based on individual, differentiated and creative work. Career Guidance Center that activates within the Pedagogical University studies and focuses the faculties on human excellence based on the methodology that promotes ability elitism (teaching intellectual elite). The adequate educational ideal for such university tasks corresponds to the national and European interests that promote the paradigm of excellence in our country first of all and redirects the elite toward national practical activity. To this end it is performed an educational and governmental policy for conspicuous increasing of the prestige of profession and teacher’s status highly appreciated from social, material and professional point of view.
