Abstract:
The role of leadership stands out when it comes to existing relationships between members of an organization and the staff motivation within it. Given the fact that sometimes for some military men material stimulus is underestimated, the leaders are trying to support and to stimulate through nonmaterial means to achieve organizational objectives. Motivation of a subordinate to achieve performance in his work and morale are closely linked. If morale is high, there are prerequisites that the person will be motivated in what he is doing. A low morale makes the motivation not to be lasting.
