Abstract:
Currently, more and more emphasis is placed on teamwork, having a significant impact on achieving performance in a variety of fields, but in the educational environment it brings numerous benefits in improving the quality of education. Teamwork is the cornerstone of interaction between members of any organization, regardless of its size. Team collaboration in educational projects brings advantages through the participation of all members, who contribute their skills and knowledge to effective collective decision-making and the implementation of innovations. Thus, in a team each member makes unique, complementary contributions, which leads to greater efficiency and effectiveness in achieving the desired results. Also, team collaboration contributes both to the development of a positive climate and to the strengthening of relationships between teaching staff, stimulating creativity, innovation, critical thinking, thus creating a collaborative, motivating learning environment and contributing to the achievement of the objectives set within the educational projects.
