Abstract:
The continuous training of teaching staff must correspond to the current requirements of schools prospectively oriented towards the training of future citizens, able, integral, honest. The persuasive communication competence of teaching staff becomes stringent, contributing to the increase of students' motivation for increasing academic performance, but also on the ways of relating between them. The article presents the course/training Valorization of persuasive communication as a conflict resolution strategy, which is an important premise for streamlining the continuous training of teaching staff for the valorization of persuasive communication in the educational space. In the complex system of continuous training of teaching staff, a special place is held by the immediate transposition into educational practice, through a curricular or interdisciplinary approach.
