Abstract:
Communication within the institution is an essential process, through which information is exchanged between individuals, groups, levels in order to achieve the purpose and planned objectives. The forms of communication may vary depending on the meaning of information circulation. At the level of an institution, communication can be characterized from various perspectives. Analyzed from a psycho-pedagogical perspective, communication through heuristic dialogue appears as an interactive model, between sender and receiver, creating between them a relationship of exchange of ideas, proposals and additions. The source of most communication problem situations within the educational institution is the imbalance between the content of the transmitted message and the way in which the members of the institution perceive this message. Therefore, in the communication process in an institution, different types of blockages can appear, such as perception, expression, and contextual blockages.
