Abstract:
The article addresses the topic of secondary education which plays an essential role in shaping our future. The close collaboration between Educational Sciences and Educational Management is the key to building a solid and effective framework that encourages excellence in the learning process. A highlighted aspect would be the synergy between educational theory and managerial practice. Education Sciences bring to the fore the psychological, pedagogical and sociological perspectives that underlie the students' learning processes. These insights give teachers the tools to better understand the individual needs of students and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Educational Management contributes to the organization of the school as an institution. Strategic planning, resource management and effective implementation of school policies are managed by management, which, in close collaboration with Educational Sciences, can create an environment conducive to academic excellence and personal development of students. The positive impact of this collaboration can be emphasized through tangible results, the improvement of students' academic performance, the increase of parents' involvement in the educational process and the formation of responsible and well-prepared citizens for the challenges of society. The article could serve as a useful guide for both teachers and school managers.
