Abstract:
This article advocates for the enhancement of scientific research in the process of developing a professional master's thesis in educational management through a systemic, procedural, situational, and praxeological approach to management. It emphasizes the exploitation of scientific potential throughout the educational trajectory, represented by the Operational Schema of the educational institution for training master's students in thesis development in accordance with a research strategy that integrates theory, methodology, technology, and practice. In this context, the analysis of opinions expressed by graduates of the Master's Program in the targeted field is presented, along with proposals for improving master's theses aimed at increasing the scientific weight to strengthen managerial professional competencies and, where applicable, the production of scientific knowledge, evaluated according to criteria of initiated innovation, with the specification of implementation conditions.
