Child’s personality is developed only through relationship lifestyle. Without relationship child cannot assimilate language, cannot adopt specific behavior norms like: compassion, passion, altruism, willing of right and truth etc. The bases of relationship are set within family, followed then by school, because together with integration within environment and society, relationship life be diversified and intensified. During educational relationship it is recommended active and emphatic listening behalf of teaching staff. |
