Abstract:
In the present article is tackles the problem of studying the concept of adjective and the difficulties encountered of primary school pupils to recognize the grammatical categories in contexts, to accord the adjective with the noun and to explain their meaning by their synonyms.
In order to eliminate the difficulties detected and ensure the efficiency of assimilation of the concept I have elaborated a exercises system. After investigation I realized that the exercise is an effective method, but a particular value must be attributed to the creative dictation and description-composition, which form the skills to use properly the adjectives.
