dc.description.abstract |
The inoculation procedures, the method of achieving aseptic conditions for the biological material and the optimal size of the explant are described in this article. The conditions of development of Hydrangea aspera „Hot chocolate” in tissue culture are also described. For microcloning, growth medium MS – 100% supplemented with BAP – 0.5 mg/l was used, the pH of the growth medium was adjusted to 5.6–5.8. Optimally effective rhizogenesis occurred on growth medium MS – 50%, supplemented with IBA – 0.05 mg/l and food sugar (15 g/l). |
