dc.description.abstract	In the article "Tolerance - a spiritual quality of the individual" tolerance as a spiritual quality of the individual is analysed. Tolerance is conditioned by the spiritual needs of the individual and aims at creating his spiritual world. It allows us to see the significance of the Other, the value of the Other's inner content and imposes a certain responsibility on the individual to understand and accept the values of the Other. Recognising the importance of the Other, man thinks beyond his own personal interests, overcoming personal egoism, which indicates the development of his spirituality and spiritual qualities.	en_US
