dc.description.abstract In this article, the professional orientations of the youth in the Republic of Moldova in the post-pandemic period and the development trends of the labor market were analyzed. As a result of the research carried out, it was noted that the labor market in the post-pandemic period comes with new specific features: remote work becomes a normality; the COVID-19 pandemic had a major impact on the training and development of professional skills through online education; the jobs of the future will be a combination of technical and human skills, which can offer promising career opportunities and contribute to economic growth and the sustainable development of society. en_US
