dc.description	Саморефлексия педагогического опыта свидетельствует о правомерности считать, что вполне очевидными ресурсами "победного" обучения младших школьников являются инновационное пространство начальной школы. Между тем, анализ научных источников и сложившейся школьной практики в Украине позволяют констатировать: недостаточно полноценное использование обозначенных ресурсов в значительной степени обусловлено состоянием убежденности студентов, которые в высшей школе получают учительскую профессию, в непосредственной взаимосвязи двух процессов - качественного обучения школьников для их успешного будущего и стремлением обрести уже в университете статус инновационного педагога. Перспективность отечественного образования мы связываем с развитием у студенчества инновационного стиля мышления - основы инновационной компетентности будущих педагогов.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Self-reflection of pedagogical experience indicates the legitimacy of considering that the innovative space of the primary school is quite an obvious resource for the “victorious” education of junior schoolchildren. Meanwhile, an analysis of scientific sources and existing school practice in Ukraine allows us to state: the insufficient use of the indicated resources is largely due to the state of conviction of Students who receive the teaching profession in higher education in the direct relationship of two processes - quality education of schoolchildren for their successful future and the desire to acquire the status of an innovative Teacher already at the university. We associate the prospects of domestic education with the development of an innovative style of thinking among the Students - the basis for the innovative competence of future Teachers.	en_US
