Abstract:
Educational management is a special activity in which its activities, through planning, organization, management and control, ensure the organization of joint activities: children, teachers, parents, service personnel and emphasis on achieving educational goals and institutional development goals. Management should essentially focus on the individual (child, teacher, director of the educational institution). To date, in the theory of educational management, this statement is fundamental. Each administrative act should be impregnated with pedagogical promptness. Recognizing the importance of the expediency of management acts, we believe that every act has the character of interaction. The most optimal way of management, with the help of which the successful interaction of subjects and the formation of conditions for effective management of a preschool educational institution, in our opinion, is the method of management of the institutional program. That method indicates the importance of coordination activities and the creation of optimal conditions for the efficient management of pre-primary education institutions. Moreover, the method of management of the institutional program in modern conditions is the training of pedagogical management.
