Abstract:
The educational influence exercised by the teacher-manager on the group of students is determined by the way he fulfills his managerial roles of planning, organizing, communicating, leading, guiding, motivating, advising, controlling, evaluating. In the education system, the roles of the teacher-manager are exercised directly on the students. An effective manager needs a lot of skills (communication, psychosocial, leadership and coordination, evaluation) without which he will not be able to successfully perform managerial roles within the group of students.
