Abstract:
The importance of continuous professional development of teachers is ensured by the global context of demands on education, with frequent changes increasing the motivation of teachers to update their knowledge in order to ensure the quality of the educational process. In this article, the relevance of in-service training programmes for educational managers in building an overall vision of teaching and education is analysed, effectively coordinating the teaching community in order to promote the quality of the educational process, demonstrated by relevant results, correlated with labour market requirements.
