This collaboration between mentor and teacher can have a significant impact on student success and the quality of education in general. That is why there is considerable concern for the professionalization of the teaching career, from this perspective, to find the most effective legislative and practical ways to ensure this opportunity for beginning teachers. Didactic mentoring is an educational process that has aspects of both opportunity and necessity, depending on the perspective from which it is approached. Mentoring thus provides teachers with a chance to develop their skills and knowledge in their field. Through mentoring, teachers can learn new teaching methods, discover educational resources, and gain confidence in their abilities.
