Abstract:
The article addresses the issue of training the psycho-pedagogical competence of medical assistantsinstructors, involved in the process of dual medical education in the Republic of Moldova. The problematic situation of professional medical education is analyzed, including the normative-legislative and pedagogical premises aimed at the formation of the psycho-pedagogical competence of medical assistants-instructors. Directions for organizing the process of training the psychopedagogical competence of medical assistantsinstructors are formulated; effectiveness conditions are recommended in order to train the psycho-pedagogical skills of medical assistants-instructors within dual medical education.
