Abstract:
In this article we refer to the importance of communication information technologies in education and to the system of documents that regulate processes in the institution, such as procedures and instructions. In modern conditions, optimal management is impossible without institutional documentation. The procedures, internal instructions and other normative acts contribute both to the establishment of unique requirements for each process, as well as to the objectivity, transparency and veracity of the results obtained. Each educational institution will determine the number of regulations, procedures, instructions it needs to ensure the efficient operation of all its systems and the achievement of processes at the accepted quality level. The system of internal documents is customized depending on the size and specificity of the institution, the types and complexity of activities. The integration of ICT resources in education is beneficial and leads to an increase in school performance, but also to a faster, more efficient collaboration between teachers and students. Technologies are extremely useful because they stimulate complex processes and phenomena that no other teaching medium can capitalize on so well.
