Abstract:
In the context of the process of reorganization and transformation of educational services from Romania, the development and management of projects at the level of school institutions represent one of the major priorities in the development of educational practices. Therefore, the approach of involving the students in the process of developing new skills of communication, projecting and solving different tasks by means of educational projects is widely spread nowadays. The educational projects are a type of non-formal education by means of which students improve their creativity, their imagination, their need for action, their intellectual, emotional, cultural, civic abilities and skills in order to achieve the main goal of the educational project.
