Abstract:
In today's conditions, the whole process of school management is governed by the manager through communication, which is unanimously recognised as the "key to organisational excellence and effectiveness". Today, managerial communication in the educational environment has become much more important and significant. In their professional work, teachers are confronted on the one hand with information overload and on the other with insufficient or even no communication. For these reasons, in this article we will analyse managerial communication with all its characteristics. We will refer to the barriers in managerial communication both on the part of the manager and on the part of subordinates. In the same way we will establish the importance of managerial communication in the school institution.
