It articulates compelling arguments grounded in the provisions of national and international normative acts, validating the significance of transferring pedagogical innovations into the modern educational landscape. This transfer is deemed crucial in light of the swift evolution of society, as well as informational and educational technologies. The primary objective of sessions aimed at cultivating the competence for transferring pedagogical innovations is fundamentally to elevate the quality of education, foster resilience to change, and kindle motivation for the effective implementation of these innovations.
