Abstract:
Wellbeing is a subject of crucial importance for the contemporary period which in its favorable form contributes to the successive evolution of society. In this context, there is a need for continuous theoreticalexperimental studies at the level of the education system to identify and understand the depth and diversity of wellbeing in various social contexts (the feeling of happiness, self-acceptance, control of social environment, the capacity for autonomy, building positive relationships with others, the purpose and meaning of life) in the contemporary flow of changes and challenges. The results of experimental research allow the design of new perspective ideas that will form the basis for ensuring wellbeing and maintaining balance between personal and professional life.
