Aspecte privind politica confesională externă a Ţării Moldovei în perioada domniei lui Petru Rareş (1527-38; 1541-46)

Abstract

In this article is exposed the Moldavian foreign religious policy during the reign of Petru Rares (1527-1538, 1541-1546). Petru Rares led a confessional active foreign policy, building reconstruction works of paintings , he donated religious items sending aid money to monasteries Chilandari, Dionisiu, Karakallu, Protaton, Crusedol, Sopociani. Hewas concerned about the protection of Orthodox from Transylvania, Pocuţia and the Catholic Polish Kingdom.
