dc.description Contextul la nivel mondial privind dezvoltarea motoarelor cu ardere internă este bazat în prezent pe conceptul LTC - combustion at low temperatures. S-a demonstrat că menținând o valoare relativ scăzuta a temperaturii aerului aspirat și a lichidului de răcire se pot reduce emisiile de NOx cu până la 30%, concomitent cu reducerea consumului specific de combustibil, respectiv a emisiilor de monoxid de carbon și hidrocarburi. Scopul unui motor cu combustie la temperaturi joase - LTC este de a atinge niveluri ridicate de eficiență a arderii fără a produce emisii nocive ca de exemplu oxizii de azot. Lucrarea prezintă testele și cercetările efectuate privind implementarea conceptelor proprii, a invențiilor, a tehnologiilor și a strategiilor AIR POWER by CORNELIU pe motorizarile autoturismelor destinate competiției de DRIFT din cadrul Campionatului National de Drift – CND. en_US
dc.description.abstract The worldwide context for the development of internal combustion engines is currently based on the concept of LTC - combustion at low temperatures. It has been demonstrated that by maintaining a relatively low value of the intake air and coolant temperature, NOx emissions can be reduced by up to 30%, simultaneously with the reduction of specific fuel consumption, respectively of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon emissions. The purpose of a low temperature combustion engine - LTC is to achieve high levels of combustion efficiency without producing harmful emissions such as nitrogen oxides. The paper presents the tests and research carried out regarding the implementation of AIR POWER by CORNELIU's own concepts, inventions, technologies and strategies on car engines intended for the DRIFT competition within the National Drift Championship - CND. en_US
