dc.description Rezultatele experimentale prezentate în lucrare sunt axate pe analiza productivităţii tulpinii Spirulina platensis (Nordst.) Geitl – CALU – 835 cultivată pe mediul nutritiv Zarrouk și suplimentat cu un compus coordinativ al Sr(II). S-a stabilit că productivitatea spirulinei depinde mult de concentraţia compusului coordinativ testat. Cea mai înaltă productivitate a tulpinii Spirulina platensis s-a înregistrat în varianta experimentală suplimentată cu compusul coordinativ cu conţinut de Sr(II) în concentraţie de 1 mg/L, unde biomasă proaspătă acumulată a fost de 10,99 g/L, sau cu circa 4,86% mai mare decât cea acumulată de către martor. en_US
dc.description.abstract The experimental results presented in this article are focused on the analysis of the productivity of the Spirulina platensis (Nordst.) Geitl – CALU – 835 strain grown on Zarrouk nutrient medium and supplemented with a coordination compound of Sr(II). It was established that the productivity of spirulina depends a lot on the concentration of the tested coordination compound. The highest productivity of the Spirulina platensis strain was recorded in the experimental variant supplemented with the coordination compound containing Sr(II) in a concentration of 1 mg/L, where the accumulated fresh biomass was 10.99 g/L, or by about 4.86% higher than that accumulated by the witness. en_US
