dc.description.abstract The professional scale has value steps to which another scale corresponds, that of individual differences between people. The role of the professional guidance of young people with special educational requirements is to achieve the junction and consensus between the two ladders and their various steps. The efficiency consists in the extent to which the society can place each young person on the most suitable value step of aspirations, skills, individual physical and mental capacities. Families, psychologists, psychopedagogues, social workers and representatives of public authorities are called to form a team in the process of professional guidance with the aim of integrating the young person into the professionalization system appropriate to the psychophysiological particularities and the requirements of the socio-economic environment. en_US
