With consistency and determination, we stress the crucial role of teachers and the need to provide them with good training, and the Republic of Moldova cannot ignore this appeal and this obligation. The article aims to develop priority guidelines, imposed by the need to promote the principle of freedom in education and respect for professional autonomy in a liberal-democratic community. The study offers in this respect, some ways to streamline the process of teacher training by capitalizing on the freedom of expression. |
