Abstract:
Numerous studies show how relevant and important feedback (response to action) is in the learning process; appreciation, validation, support, being necessities of the human relationship, whether it concerns personal or professional life. This article proposes to use the culture of effective feedback as a desideratum for the progress and performance of the trainees, proposing a didactic tool for obtaining feedback. The study demonstrates the necessity and effectiveness of feedback, thus offering the possibility to contribute to maintaining and improving relationships between educational actors, validating the feeling of being valued, but also pointing out shortcomings in order to improve them, in order to ensure continuous performance and development.
