Inteligenţa emoţională şi strategiile comportamentale în situaţiile de conflict la preadolescenţi

Abstract

The given article briefly describes an actual problem of nowadays the relation between the emotional intelligence and strategies that preadolescents choose in conflict situation. As results of our research were establish that the preadolescents with low level of emotional intelligence choose competitions and avoidance in conflict situation. At the same time the preadolescents with high level of emotional intelligence in conflict situation choose compromise and collaboration as patterns of behaviour.
