Abstract:
Professional development is an imperative of the 21st century. This article aims to facilitate the initiation of the professional development path through several evaluation/self-evaluation tools, which can be applied either in physical format with a specialist, or online, such as: different psychological tests, a variety of journals, notably the professional development journal.
