Abstract:
The given article elucidates the aspects of developing professional skills (2nd master’s cycle) of designing methodical meetings for teaching staff with management status - primary level of education. The specific professional competences of the „Management and counseling in primary education” and „Primary education didactics” Master’s degree programs that require the development of master’s students’ skills in designing methodical meetings - the primary level of education are displayed. The theoretical and applied reference for the development of these professional skills is highlighted and a model example of capitalization is proposed, in view of the development of professional skills in master’s students with reference to methodical meetings - the primary level of education.
