Specificul activității de lucru în echipă în relația manager – cadre didactice

Abstract

The article reflects the aspects of teamwork in the manager-teacher relationship from a managerial perspective. The concepts of management, manager, team, the stages of team consolidation and the specifics of the activity at the school unit level are addressed. At the same time, the constitutive and destructive elements in a team and the stages of its consolidation are described. The ways of training the teamwork competence highlight various forms and methods of work in the activities carried out at the group level.
