Evaluarea activității prin indicatori statistici: ce și cum calculează bibliotecile universitare

Abstract

Analysis of activity through the lens of statistical indicators is important for identifying problems, priorities, planning and forecasting library development. At the same time, it is important that the statistical data used are reliable, exhaustive and also comparable. An analysis of statistical indicators of library activity in state and private higher education institutions was carried out. In conclusion, Central Library of the Moldova State University, which is the departmental library center necessity to implement measures on the university libraries (especially private higher education institutions) in order to improve the quality of statistical reports.
