Abstract:
This paper presents a mechanism for the development of innovative culture in the general education institution. The elaborated mechanism includes a multitude of timely managerial actions for the development of the innovative culture of teaching staff: forecasting and diagnosis, the policy regarding the innovative culture, orientation towards teaching staff, design, analysis, monitoring and evaluation, the strategy for developing the innovative culture.
