Abstract:
The article presents the impact of the founding impulse, obtaining the legislative framework, school and social inclusion, scientific elaborations in 20 years of activity of the Educational Complex with special education "Orfeu", the effectiveness of the recovery of children with severe learning difficulties (CDSÎ) in a complex educational institution, based on the concept of safe continuity between early detection, preschool education, primary and secondary classes and social inclusion. another indication of the recovery resides in the implementation of the CDSÎ dynamic research model in CEÎS "Orfeu".
