Abstract:
Moldova faces high unemployment rate among young people with disabilities and, in some cases, serious imbalances in the competences. Improvement of key competences in education is performed through creating / testing / piloting and implementing an integrated educational program in order to increase the quality of education at the level of the educational system as a whole.
Key competences for lifelong learning are a combination of knowledge, skills and attitudes appropriate for each context. These key competencies provide the necessary support in the efforts to achieve goals that they define.
Key competences are essential due to their transverse quality. They provide appropriate value for employment, social cohesion, which explains the importance of lifelong learning in terms of adaptation to change and social integration.
