Abstract:
The article contains a theoretical study that elucidates the arguments regarding the approach to the professionalization of teaching staff in the context of education and family counseling in the educational institution. At the same time, it reproduces the system of skills necessary for the targeted process, the impact of pedagogical styles, their classification according to the criteria presented; the difficulties encountered by students and the family in the educational process, dividing them into school and family difficulties. Finally, the author proposes some strategies and perspectives for approaching the professionalization of student teachers in the field announced in the title of the article.
