Abstract:
In the communication is mentioned the fact that professional success depends on several factors. One of them, with a big impact in youth potential at the beginning of the carrier is coaching. The process of coaching has a big impact in the company, in carrier and human resource development, due to this employee’s progress is quicker, and they have a feeling of satisfaction and professional realization, and develop a better self-esteem. In the article are presented different types of coaching and some dysfunctions of a coaching relationship.
