Abstract:
The Integrated Infrastructure Development Indicator (IIDI) taken as a measure of quantitative and qualitative estimation, has allowed the systematization of localities in the CDR of the Republic of Moldova according to the degree of insurance of public utilities infrastructure. It has been established that over 60.0% of rural localities recorded low or very low (0.500) of IIDI’s, most of them being in the proximity of Chisinau, which is a polarization factor and a socio – economic imbalance at regional and national level.
