Abstract:
Culture represents one of the population quality components. The cultural level of population shows its highest characteristics, because it represents the superior step of the population development. It determines directly the standart of living, the economic development, and social aspects (hapinness, harmony, satisfaction etc.) of the population. Maintenance, and the implantation of some cultural aspirations is hardly necessary in a modern society.
