Abstract:
Ensuring a local, regional or state labor force is one of the factors for attracting both domestic and foreign investment. Today, when the whole society is concerned with the problem of population decline and depopulation of territories, the knowledge of the level of labor force insurance is very current. The analysis of the labor force evolution in the researched region highlights the higher degree of labor force assurance than the rest of the republic, due to the higher natural increase, the lower level of urbanization and also the lower share of the emigrants.
