In article are presented the results of long-term stability assessment of natural slopes and slopes of excavations, made in the sandy-clay layer, based on the provisions of the physico-mechanical creep theory of prof. Maslov N.N. The possibility and necessity of solving such problems by finite element method realized in PLAXIS software is proved.
