Abstract:
In this article is reflected the need of psycho-pedagogical evaluation of children with autism which is undoubtedly indispensable and useful in diagnostics and therapy. It is part of theoretical perspective of special education, comprising classical and specific assessment tools (classical – to determine the level and profile of child development; specific- for exploration of social educational and cognitive functions, which are altered in special way).
Psycho-pedagogical evaluation of children with autism provides individual therapeutic project and also allow assessments of its effectiveness.
